VIASURE Viral West Nile Virus Total Positive Control Reagents RUO is intended for monitoring the whole reverse transcription quantitative real-time PCR (RT-qPCR) process, from nucleic acid extraction to reverse transcription and amplification steps. This RUO kit must be used for research purposes and has no medical objective.
VIASURE Viral West Nile Virus Total Positive Control Reagents RUO contains non-replicative and non-infectious West Nile virus particles that are expected to be processed along with research samples from individuals with clinical suspicion of West Nile virus infection.
