Format

1. Sample collection

  • Nasopharyngeal swabs in different transport media.
  • Oropharyngeal swabs in different transport media.
  • Saliva without preservatives.

2. Quick Lysis Reagent

  1. Mix the sample.
  2. Rehydrate VIASURE Quick Lysis Reagent. Incubate for 10 minutes at 100°C.

Transfer the supernatant directly to RT-qPCR assay.

3. Molecular diagnosis method

Add the supernatant to the RT-qPCR (for VIASURE products, use a special qPCR Rehydration Buffer)
