On March 29th, the Spanish Royal Decree-Law 10/2020 was released regulating a recoverable paid leave for employed persons who do not provide essential services, in order to reduce the mobility of the population to stop the COVID-19 expansion. This Decree-Law complements the previous Spanish Royal Decree 463/2020 of March 14, which declares the state of alarm throughout the Spanish territory.

The normal activity at Certest Biotec, S.L. has not been modified and/or altered. According to this Royal Decree, the performance of the company is considered essential, so the new measures that limit the activity of companies and their employees are not applicable.
Certest Biotec, S.L. continues to maintain the measures, already adopted since the beginning of the state of alarm, regarding safety and preventive actions for its employees and the activity they carry out.
