En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, muchos\/as j\u00f3venes aragoneses\/as tuvieron que emigrar en busca de una oportunidad
\nprofesional. Ahora, el Gobierno de Arag\u00f3n ha puesto en marcha la iniciativa Plan de Retorno del Talento
\nJoven Aragon\u00e9s, para facilitar la vuelta de los j\u00f3venes aragoneses que est\u00e1n fuera del territorio. Certest
\nBiotec se suma a esta iniciativa, ofreciendo ser parte de su equipo de trabajo.<\/p>\n

La capacidad de las empresas aragonesas para generar nuevos puestos es fundamental para el objetivo
\nde traer de vuelta el talento y conocimientos adquiridos por los j\u00f3venes que tuvieron que salir fuera. En este
\nsentido, Certest, como empresa puntera y l\u00edder en biotecnolog\u00eda aplicada al diagn\u00f3stico de enfermedades
\ninfecciosas, es un claro ejemplo de una empresa que apuesta por el talento joven como activo presente
\ny futuro para el desarrollo y crecimiento de la compa\u00f1\u00eda. La empresa ubicada en San Mateo de G\u00e1llego,
\ncuenta con 150 trabajadores en plantilla, con m\u00e1s del 80% formada por mujeres, y una media de edad que
\nno alcanza los 30 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

Entre los objetivos de este plan, se encuentran la mejora del acceso al trabajo de los j\u00f3venes aragoneses
\nque han tenido que emigrar por falta de oportunidades, fortalecer las redes de coordinaci\u00f3n entre las
\ndiferentes instituciones para evitar la fuga de talento de Arag\u00f3n, as\u00ed como establecer facilidades y medidas
\nde acompa\u00f1amiento m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del momento de la vuelta, para normalizar la nueva situaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes
\nque regresan.<\/p>\n
